An exhibition stand capable of presenting a broad product portfolio while delivering measurable insight into visitor behavior and engagement.
The Need
CooperSurgical is a global healthcare company with an extensive portfolio of surgical instruments and fertility solutions. The stand needed to accommodate multiple product categories while maintaining clarity and cohesion.
At the same time, CooperSurgical wanted deeper insight into how visitors interacted with the stand — which areas attracted the most attention, where visitors spent time, and where natural queues formed.
The Solution

We also implemented GDPR-approved monitoring technology that tracked visitor movement patterns and dwell time. The data provided actionable insights into which product areas generated the most interest and where engagement naturally concentrated.

GDPR-compliant heat mapping technology was implemented at the stand to analyze visitor movement patterns and dwell time. The system visualizes how guests navigate the space, highlighting which areas attract the most attention and where visitors spend the most time.
This provides measurable insight into product engagement, natural gathering points, and potential bottlenecks.
By basing layout decisions on real behavioral data rather than assumptions, heat mapping enables continuous optimization of stand design, product placement, and staffing — resulting in a more effective and strategically driven exhibition presence.
