The Need
DFDS required an exhibition stand solution that could be used at multiple trade shows worldwide while maintaining a strong and consistent brand identity. The stand needed to be scalable and adaptable to different exhibition formats without losing its visual impact or Nordic character.
The Solution
A flexible stand concept was developed to accommodate various exhibition sizes and layouts. A large integrated screen was incorporated to showcase company videos and attract attention. The layout combined a bar, café, and waiting area to create an inviting atmosphere that encouraged networking. A secluded meeting room was also included to provide a private space for confidential business discussions. The design reflected DFDS’s Nordic heritage through natural materials, a minimalist expression, and a color palette inspired by the Nordic landscape.
The Result
The scalable stand solution enabled DFDS to present a strong, consistent brand presence at international exhibitions. The combination of open networking areas and private meeting facilities made the stand both versatile and effective, serving as a powerful platform for attracting visitors and conducting business globally.
