Universal Robots & MIR interactive showroom

The Need

Universal Robots and MIR were moving into a new shared headquarters in Odense and needed a showroom that could reflect both brands while giving each its own identity. The goal was to transform a raw, unfinished space into an inspiring and functional environment that could demonstrate robotic technology in action and create an engaging experience for visitors — all without requiring constant staff supervision.

The Solution

In close collaboration with Universal Robots and MIR, we designed and built a showroom that harmoniously blends aesthetics, functionality, and innovation. The space was carefully divided into zones to optimize flow, guiding visitors naturally through interactive displays and robotic demonstrations. Meeting and training facilities were integrated, while robotic activity was programmed to operate in intervals, ensuring the showroom always feels dynamic and engaging with minimal maintenance.

The Result

The finished showroom is a fully realized environment where technology and design come together seamlessly. Visitors can explore robotic solutions in action, experience each brand’s identity, and engage with the space in a hands-on way. The project successfully transformed the client’s vision into a tangible, inspiring environment that strengthens the Universal Robots and MIR brands while providing an engaging, low-maintenance experience for all visitors.
